Yes, my designs (as well as my thinking regarding the web) are biased by what ALA and Jeffrey Zeldman (and others) does/do. :) You'll also see similarities if you go to Dan Benjamin's site (http://www.automaticlabs.com/). That is where I got the idea for the horizontal navigation, not ALA.

Actually, it just so happens that they all like the color blue. I agree. :D I decided to go with green for AccessiForum, but usually I allow alternate style sheets for people that want different color schemes.

I'm such a big fan of blue that I set up Mozilla FireBird's theme to light-blue colors, and when no CSS is on a page, I have it set up with links a blue color and stuff like that by default. :D

Haha. I'm on my third year of using a horizontal menu. When I did my first site, I really didn't see that many sites using it at all. I must be ahead of the times. :cool:

my favorite color is red..

favorite combo's:

red + black(greyscale)
blue + black(greyscale)
blue + silver
orange + silver

I think black, green, silver, and red all go together. most of the sites i do are in those colors.
