SEO and page ranking

hello everybody,
Can you help me please with search engines and how to get my website ranked with Google , I've done everything meta tag description, keyword, page title related to the content everything and i made my meta tags different in every page of my site,what can i do with that issue.:eek:it's knocking my head off

Is this page live somewhere? Sometimes it just depends on the market you're trying to break into. If tons of people have better content than you or get linked to more often from popular websites then they'll get ranked higher than you. It also depends on the search terms you're going after. If say, you're going after the words car or real estate then you're probably going to have to fork over some serious time or financial investment to either grow your site or promote it.
