Quite nice. I like the top dock thing, even if its not really my cup of tea.

My two problems:
A lot of space - not sure I feel the layout is the best use of space.
Your text - have you used ? instead of ' on purpose?

Cool! A couple of things.

First, I don't like having to scroll especially when there's no content at the bottom. Also, the Mac-like bar at the top only works when I click on the upper part of the image.
