Internet Explorer 8 CSS Navigation Problem

Hi Webdevelipers,

I have a crazy problem in IE8 and IE7 for my navigation menu.

My website is www.thailandholidayhomes.co.uk and instead of dropdown it is going flyout on the side.

Where do you think is the problem?
