Free CGI-Hosting

I would like to know if there are any free CGI Hosts that allow uploading of files.

I have a shop and I need the Script hosted somewhere.

Free CGI hosts are very difficult to find, and when you do find them, they almost always have very limited abilities (disabled things). www.netfirms.com is a good one (FTP only), but I don't know if they handle file uploads.

LMAO!....i like that....Stuper Murderator.....that is hilarious....wish i had thought of that!...lol....i will just post in the PHP section asking for a special code then...i need a "Shop"...it won't be real....but well....it uses site cash or starchips...for onsite products only....
