Payment processing software

I wish to own a payment processing company like AlertPay and Paypal. Now i want to know if any one can point me to where i can buy and install a ready made software that have all the functionalities, including multi currency feature. Thanks.

Have you got 2 million pounds to give to your bank as a bond, and you need to reg with the DTi or other company like it
Your bank and DTi will want to know everything about you

Thanks for your response. In my country i don't require more than 10000 pounds to start. I can handle that with my bank. But what i really need now is simply a software that does the payment processing online, the one that has multi-currency feature. I will integrate credit card processing later. I have visited two sites that have the software close to what i need. If i see a person who can redesign the first one for me to add the multi-currency option at a good price i will go for it.
