This is a bare skeleton of my site. It's obviously not close to bein completed, but let me know how the basic skeleton is working. Visually appealing, easy on the eyes. ETC.

To my mind the site is too simple and looks very ordinary. It will be excellent if you make it a bit unique.

Agreed, I've spent more time doing the php and database programming. Haven't spent much time with design yet.

Looks fine to me. I would make the menu more pronounced on your new design. And consider redoing the ballistic discounts text...it looks pixelated to me.
