Drupal or Wordpress CMS

I know wordpress is blog publishing application, but it can also be used as a cms. And drupal is a somewhat complex cms.

My question is which would you recommend for a layout resource site?

Site Features: user registration(so users can upload their own designs), various layout categories, layout previews, graphics, possibly quizzes or some form of entertainment in the future

Wordpress or Drupal? And why?

I suggest you to go with wordpress because you can get support for your query easily and you can also get a benefits of tons of plugins which you can use in your blog- CMS as per the requirement.
