2 scripts on same page help

I have a page that has a "tabs" rollover javascirpt and then a javascript where you rollover a link, and it changes the picture on the right. The 2nd one has always worked, until I put in code for my tabs rollover script. Now the tabs script works, but the other rollover won't work now. Attached is my code, can someone please help asap.
