Hello,
I learned how to create a space a the top of a page, like this one:
http://www.rim.net
if you look carefully,the page doesn't start at the top. there is background space and then the actual page content area starts.
i attempted the same effect by going into the #container CSS and setting a 30 pixel margin in the box menu. before it was working in internet explorer preview. but now it's not. really weird.
but it is working in firefox (i downloaded firefox to see).
