well It is pretty nice! Your validation is very clean, http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fconceptual-designs.net%2Fwest%2F only two errors, go drop in some alt tags on those two images. Also the drop downs work in ie and mozilla. It is also very clean in ie 5 and 5.5. The only problems I have w/ it is that it is not fluid and I do not aggree with table based layouts. Also your links are not accessable on text based browsers (I viewed your site w/ lynx), which means they might not work for audiobraille etc. I would double check this to be sure if I were you.

What would you do to make it more fluid?

use %'s for widths basically. You can toss in a little css to set the margins for cells etc, but when you get right down to it, to make a table based layout fluid you need %'s.
