This site is being made with all custom content, graphix, design, and a lil video. It is under construction now, but if you could use your imagination and tell me what it might would sell for I would apriciate it. Also any comments or tips would be welcome.

Not allowed to discuss that kind of information anywhere on the forum:

Who would have that that would be illegal. Fact is Iam not charging for this site.. just curious what it was worth.. Won't make that mistake again. Hope I don't get banned.

Yeah, some things like this can be a stretch to suggest that they are price fixing - but the best rule of thumb is to just not discuss anything to do with prices on the forum whatsoever.....that's my opinion anyway.

A site is not worth anything per se, only the traffic is. If you build a site and it gets a lot of traffic, it might be worth some money. How much? Hard to say. If this is the "site" you propose to sell, it is unsellable. Not a good domain. No traffic. Simple design.
Sorry for being brutally honest... but read on...
Most mini-sites that sell, will have some actual INCOME. Your site does not - or if it does, you did not disclose this essential piece of information. Income can be generated by Adsense, Affiliate programs or CPA (Cost Per Action) programs where you sell someone's product(s).
Then there is the underlying value of the domain... if any. Find that out here:

Without posting a price, here are some things you can do to check for yourself.
If you're site has income, you can usually get between 2 and 4 times your ANNUAL income. If it does not have income, you will never sell it not even for $1.00.
Go and look at what sites sell for at a site reselling site like http://www.flippa.com or http://www.lazyrevenue.com
Traffic in and of itself is not going to make a site valuable. I have a book site that gets a ton of traffic and a lot of paid clicks... each of which is worth about ONE CENT. On the other hand, I have a real estate site that does not get many clicks, but each click it gets is worth almost $2.00!
So there is traffic, and there is TRAFFIC!
In my experience, 10 real estate site clicks are worth more than 1000 book site clicks.
If you want to seriously get into site creation as a business, do your homework... when I learned the Real Estate business years ago, they had the 100 house rule.
The 100 House Rule:
Go and look at 100 houses before you buy one, then by the time you buy one, you will know for sure if you are getting a good deal or not.
The same goes for websites. Go and shop for them at Flippa... build 10 of them... see what works...
Good luck.
