page "jumps" a bit

for one of my pages, i'm using a div thats centered to dispay the main content (thanks pyro ;) )

anyway, whenever the page loads, it now kind of jumps a bit - the central box originally loads, then it moves up about 10 pixels. does anyone know what this is or why its happening?

I would assume it is just the browser rendering the elements and contents.
