using forms within a form?

I have a script for a page where a user enters in information in a series of input boxes on the page. I have also used the pop-up calendar script twice (Date From, Date To). I have noticed that the calendars will not work within the other form. Is there anyway to make this scripting work while keeping the calendar scripts? They are desired to prevent people from keying in the wrong dates. Here is an example of my scripts:

right remember what the orignal name of the two forms where?

put you js code into a text editor and search for the form name replace it with formname

save the code without script tages as a calender.js
and make a copy called calender2.js

in 2nd .js file search for show_calender and replace with show_calender2

then have above calender link

above other one

that should be easiest way, didnt think your script was going to be so long lol
