My Contract vs Subcontractor Agreement

Hi folks, new to the forum :)

I just got an assignment in which I'll be paid a flat project fee. They sent me a subcontractor agreement to sign.

Can I also send them my contract?

Or am I bound to the subcontractor agreement they sent me if I sign it?

If I can send them my contract, what if there is conflicting legalese in between the two documents?

Usually, you're bound to the contract of the employer, because you were hired upon those terms. You could negotiate that they put some additional language in it to meet your needs.
