OK, here's the deal. Several years ago I had a development site with forum in Spanish. I sold the site as part of a business and the site eventually disappeared. I have been thinking about starting up a new/revived development site in Spanish with script repository, tutorials, forum, etc. in the next several months. I still have the old stuff and just have to edit out the outdated garbage (have already started that part) and some of the tutorials are already being updated by others.
The problem comes in with the forum... there are a handful of guys and gals who are ready to pitch in (plus me) and I need to see if there is anyone here that is fluent in Spanish that might be interested in participating.
The playing field will be a little more compact... Open Source ONLY.... so there will be NO Window$, ASP, .NET, Illustrator, Photo$hop, Fla$h, Dreamweaver, etc. threads.

I've been known to teach Spanish, but only here in Zihua! Look me up next time you're down here.
Meanwhile... I have at least started putting the board together. Decided to integrate the latest phpBB into the new site design.

Everybody I know in this game has varied strengths and weaknesses... I like to think that my strengths outweigh my weaknesses, but then I always run into something about which I am totally clueless!
