Script Installation in joomla

Hi,
I want to install a script on a website built on JOOMLA. I have tried it before but failed to install. You can view the error on this url:

Please if anyone can guide me in this regard and this script has bee purchased so my client wants to integrate the same script.

Hello Jia,

Please make sure that ioncube loader 5.2 is installed on the server where your site is hosted.

the script folder also contains ion cube folder you are talking about that ion cube or there is some other?

He meant that IonCube needs to be properly installed on your web server. You may want to contact your administrator to install it. Just a quick note *.so files is like the linux equivalent of *.dll files. :)

you mean my hosting provider or joomla administrator? as i haven't installed any script on joomla before no its like right now i am totally blank! :)

You're hosting provider. Unless you go credentials to install IonCube.

hi i have finally installed the script but i am unable to place it on joomla can you please guide me where to place the code so that it appears on website.
