Over the years I've found myself going from Perl to PHP to JScript using the Windows scripting host.
I'm in the middle of a project that's going to require some scripted FTP--the hardware guys will not let me run a cable through the firewall. So I might have to go beck to PHP a little. But I'm starting to think about installing Active Perl which would let me run Perl under the scripting host. Perhaps I'll end up just doing it all in Fortran.
