drop down list that can play mp3

i can understand making a drop down list that points to different mp3 but if there was a single player can that player play the mp3 defined in the drop down list without pop up.

i grabbed this code from amazon. it's a music player that doesn't need a pop up.

now imagine a drop down list of songs that's next to it. how do i call out to those mp3s and have it play in the same player without a pop?
