How many users are there?

Hi - does anyone know how many people use JavaScript when creating Web Pages? is 80% a realistic figure?

13% of users dont have javascript enabled
therefore 87% do have js enabled,

so if i were to estimate the number of people who make sites containing js id estimate 80-85% has to be <87% because how are programmers gonna test their code if js is disabled
