Help with Flash file

Hey guys! I'm having a problem opening Flash movie *.fla in Flash5. I'm getting an error message "Failed to open document". On the client's computer they were able to open it with no problem. :confused:

Can anybody advice?

Do you know what version of flash your client is using? If he's using MX, have them save as flash 5.

If he/she is using mx2004 your out of luck.
