Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : Looking for software to create blogs and forums wrapped around an existing website

I am looking for software that would enable me to include a blog and a forum utilizing an existing website. I don't want the forum/blog to go to an outside website and I need the admin pages to be easy to use. This is for a client of mine - so it would need to be fairly user friendly.

I would need to have the forum to have the same look and feel of the existing website and would need to have the same header as the existing website (ie home, about etc).

Lastly, I would need the forums to have an automatic "screener" to bounce any adult content to the admin for review. I would like the keywords for the screen editable - meaning that the admin could remove/add/edit the words to be screened.

Can anyone recommend software that would do this? The closest I have found is vBulletin - but I don't know if it allows for the screening nor if it allows it to be integrated into an existing website. I have attempted to contact sales on this but thus far have been unsuccessful.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Keep it as SIMPLE as possible if it's for a client.

You can do it with Wordpress.
Simply create a directory called, say, blog

Install Wordpress there.
(EG: http://www.CLIENTS-URL.com/blog/ )

Then simply put a hyperlink on the homepage to: http://www.CLIENTS-URL/blog/

Wordpress also has a forum plugin, but I have not yet used it.
Alternatively, you can create another directory called /forum
Install phpBB or any other forum you like there.

That's the easy way out as far as I can see.

Both WordPress and phpBB are relatively simple to modify with themes/skins.
phpBB has some extensions that enable bulk operations and filtering.

My co-worker thinks Drupal is the answer for everything though... ;)

Recently, I found a site that seems to give a good rundown on the forum software... so far I've installed phpBB and Vanilla... but they list them all here... I think this was the URL:

Here's one: http://megamsg.com/

You can embed it on wordpress, wiki, or any HTML pages you want.

Good luck.
