Get User's Internet speed

Hi ,

I want to check the internet bandwidth available at user's machine through my server side code.

My Webapplication has JSP/HTML/Javascript/JQuery/CSS

Can it be possible.Any ideas ???

I want to show a user message that for slow connection the loading of Page take some time.
