Dreamweaver

All, I was told that Dreamweaver is a good way to do your site in HTML. I can only find it for sale for 200 bucks. Is this the only way to use it? I dont want to spend 200 bucks if not going to help me as I have already purchased stuff that I dont need.

You can try Nvu is free and personally I have not used dreamweaver but I read that its same as dreamweaver

I use dreamweaver/netbeans at work because I'm working with a group of developers but when I'm working alone I prefer to use notepad or just a plain old text editor.
