Changing size of div box covers up images below

I have a background jpg in a div box the original height of the box was 265px with some images below I have resized the div box using the css properties and it has moved the images down in dreamweaver but when put into a browser the top is fine but the background of the div box covers the images below.

Have attached a picture of how I'm trying to make it in dreamweaver and a picture of how it is displayed in the browser.
