needed urgently

ive opened a chat room and need the following urgently, i need a page of script that is for wap use. im going from one page to this page for chatrooms, i need this page to have links to various chatrooms that users on mobile phones can just highlight and press to enter, this is very urgent please.

also urgently needed is a private message service from one user to another in the same chat room as we only have single messages for all users.

asking a lot i know, but i need a time out function that allows to enter a command in to the enter text function and kick away a user to the front page ie /kick username

all this has to be jsp compatable and java written and needed urgently, my site is geting abused and i cant stop it without this......:mad:

also useful would be admin levels but i know this is hard to obtain, what i need is admins on different levels (say 3) so 3 is training/helping users 2 to boot/kick away abuse members and 1 to ban members and boot them, however, i need to have a function to be able to display an icon to show admins

thanks for the link but it donty seem to work, most of all, i asked for help not custom programming, i really need help on where to find stuff as ive searched all over and got no where, but thanks for taking the time in replying to my post.
