Is it possible to open a file using a desired program? For example, to open a web page using Microsoft FrontPage, or DreamWeaver, in order to edit it?

I want a web page to be modified with Microsoft FrontPage. ¿Is it possible to open this page with frontpage, clicking a button or link in another page?
