Headline News Scrollers - HELP

A newbie here -- I have no idea where to look -- I need a script or something that allows me to have up to the minute press releases on my homepage. I subsrcibe to prnewswire and so I get those releases but how can I make them appear on my homepage -- like three at a time. The people at prnewswire suggested an "include" -- does anyone know how to help me?

"an include" is rather vague... ;)

Is it PHP, SSI, or something else? Also, knowing how the software works/how to set up the include would be invaluable.

Ok here is all I know. The previous version of the website I am redesigning had an applet from Riada Headline in it -- It didn't work properly and not everyone can view applets. So I redesigned the homepage in straight html. They corporation has a page for press releases that are given to them via prnewswire.com. I don't know how they set up their pages. I am sorry for being such an idiot here but I am not a programmer by any means -- just a designer ;) So any help would be appreciated.
