Hyperlink to a specific page on an Excel Workbook

Is there a way to specify a particular page when linking to an Excel Workbook? I am designing SharePoint sites to link to large files with multiple pages and need to help the users find specific resources without them having to be familiar with the entire file.

I do not own the file in question.
