Email pop up window

hello everybody,
I'm looking for something "script maybe" i don't know something do this:-
when i sent an email using outlook2007 to my clients a pop up screen window opens for a while then disappears is that possible.

i searched for this topic and here's what i got
it's possible to be done by making this signature by an html file and put it in the signature folder in computer but unfortunately i made every thing right and i got a popu up window script from dynamic drive and it worked well as an html preview in browsers but it doesn't work as a signature in emails ;can anybody help please:confused::confused:

It is not possible to force a popup window through a sent email.
