creating a database

Ok im creating a program and i would like the user to enter some information. but then i need that information to save to a file. I also need that program to read from that file later on. anyone know ways to do this in JS. thanks

No way in JavaScript you can do this,unles however,if you used some additional technologies such as java or MS ActiveXControl.

Better option will be to use a server side language
