Looking for a project and motivation

Hi I'm looking to get back into PHP development/development but can't think of an idea. Haven't done anything outsode Access and VBA in the last 2 years.

Has anybody any idea's they could throw at me. Doesn't matter if it was done already.

A kick in the arse will probably also be needed. :)
