Commenting?

I am playing around with a site I plan on buying a '.com' for. It's basically going to just be a personal journal site. What I'm having trouble with is getting coding so people can leave comments, and sign guestbooks. Is anyone here able to help?

If you do not know how to write data or update data in a data base then maybe you should consider buying a book. Becuase simply adding data to a data base is a basic and common use of a server side language, but it is also fundamental.
