Looks like a site that only caters to pre-teen girls. There are too many cutesy textures. Also the colors do not mix well together. The blue of the navigation panel is at odds with the textures/banner text color you've chosen.
If the image of the girl holding the mug is the main design component, I suggest you use this service to choose an appropriate color palette:

I'd also recommend downgrading the textures to one, with opacity variations.

I absolutely agree with KDLA,
I think if you want to sell mugs to wide range of people you have to redesign your site.....it's too girlish....
