How do I edit my sig?

How do I edit/create my sig, on vBulletin it's usally in User CP under Avatar, is it somewhere else, or do I have to earn the right it have it?

It's not there! My forum used to run vBull, so I know all about it, so it's something here that's wrong.

You have less than two posts. Some options are not turned on and your postings are moderated, I think, until you hit 10. We do that to prevent spammers from using the sig.

Yep, that's correct. You're getting closer though, it'll be activated before you know it.
