remove frames

I designed a webbie, and started wiff frames and now i wanna take it out!! in otherwords i wanna break the frames. How do i do that?

any help would be greatly apreciated!!

target="_blank" or "_parent" in a link tag... that is the html solution. Why not just not put the thing in a frame to begin with.
