Validation Graphics, MaxDesign Website

Aight, this is a two-part question.

1) Are you allowed to make your own W3 valid HTML and CSS graphics? I've seen it done before, but I can't remember the site.

2) http://css.maxdesign.com.au/ always throws me a "Cannot find server" error! Anyone have any info on this? Is the site down? Has he moved? I need this site! It's got the best list tutorials I've seen!

Sweet, I just checked it out now, and it works! Maybe there was some down-time... *Shrug* I'm just hippy-happy glad it's back up!
