Iframe Positioning

Hi,

I was trying to position some Iframe windows....It worked in Firefox & Safari but not in IE:

But failed miserably here...only looks good in Firefox:

http://www.sunbriteapartments.com/reserve/cancel.html


Is there a way to do this using Javascript or something more reliable then CSS?
