Generally speaking, when you post here, it is probably more effective, and polite, to ask for help, rather than just ask someone to do it for you...

Anyway, in case you are still trying to figure it out, image maps are less a function of the image itself, rather than a funtion of html. I am sure you will be able to find some kind of code snippet somewhere. The tag you are looking for is <map>.
