Anyone willing to help me?? (php)

I really need help with building a smallest simplest code possible that does the following...

Stores in a mySQL database the following:

username
password
name
age
location
company
email address
and ip address

then it needs a registration page, a login page and a way so admins can , edit, delete, and ban memebrs

It is for a project im working on called
Network Rails West Coast Alignment System

This isn't exactly a small task. Not huge, but not something can crack out in 10 minutes, either. You'd probably be better off just asking for help with specific issues. ;)

Well, if those are the specific issues that need to be done, you might want to look into hiring a programmer (myself included... ;)).
