hi, my name is Nam, im a web developer - freelancer.

After i finish jobs, almost employer took me too much time to change things on their project.

Change the color of background, add this module, we need this - can you do this .... WHY DONT THEY MAKE IT INTO A LIST FROM THE FIRST TIME !??:mad::mad:

They force me to do too much extra works, really it wasting my time, projects which are i could finish it in 10 days but actually i have to work around 20 days. All because of the SITE RANKING, i do it because if i dont they will give me a bad rating, i cant won a project with a bad rating. :(

If you guy has a tip how to deal with this kind of people pls help me. Im new here hope i could share with every developer, thanks :(:(:(

This sounds like something we call "Scope Creep." A List Apart (http://www.alistapart.com/) has a couple of great articles that you might find helpful.

Use Cases Part II: Taming Scope (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/tamingscope/)

In Defense of Scope Creep (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/scopecreep/)

Not to mention these articles (http://www.alistapart.com/topics/process/projectmanagementworkflow/) from the same site.
