I need to know where I can get a CGI script for a form. I don't know the language myself so I can't write one. If someone could whip one up for me or direct me somewhere so I can download some CGI scripts and edit them to suit my needs that would be really good.

Also, if I did get to download a couple of scripts, how would I edit them?

I am wanting this because I am under the impression that the script will be the one to forward the forom result to my email. If I am under the wrong imprtession please let me know!

Thanks

Well, you could try:

www.cgi-resources.com
www.hotscripts.com
www.freeperlcode.com

to name a few. They have categories for just the type of program you are looking for.

For instance, here's the category at cgi-resources:

http://www.cgi-resources.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Form_Processing/

you can edit scripts using Notepad, or any text editor. Your ISP / hosting provider should have instructions on uploading and getting the script to work on their server.

Hope this helps!
