Dreamweaver Local Root Relativity

Hello All ...
Here is my folder structure:

C:\mySite\
- webroot\
- workfiles\
- database\

Is there a way in Dreamweaver to have the "root" of the site be "C:\mySite\webroot", but Show the local files "C:\mySite\"

My issue is that my images and CSS don't show unless my local files is the same as the local root.

Any help would be awesome!

Just put the local files in C:\mysite, unless I've misunderstood which is entirely possible (I'm going home).
