Hi,
I use Joomla.
Lately I started to notice that, although I love Joomla, it takes too much resources from my server (too much RAM memory, too much time to load..., etc.).
Of course that is also a consequence of the tipe of templates, modules, and plugins I use on it.
Even so, I would like to ask you all...
- What is the lightest CMS you know of? And why?
Many thanks...
Francis

Hi Francis,
Did you try Drupal?
Currently, I am using Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal. But I found Drupal is lightest CMS among 3 CMS.
Very easy to work on it, SEO Friendly than other CMS, free template available to download.

Many thanks luvips for your answer.
Actually I was thinking about going into drupal...
The only thing that keeps me from trying is that I found joomla to have more 2.0 templates, like clubs rockkettheme or yootheme.
Drupal templates I've found are still too much 1.0 for today's client demands...
By the way...does it have an Integrated CCK?
Thanks again,
Francis

In my point of view Joomla is the best & lightest CMS available these days. Besides this it offers many powerful features to enhance your design & that too by minimal efforts
