Problem getting my xml rss feed to Vaildate. I keep getting one error, can u help?

Okay, so I built my own XML RSS feed; however, after getting all of the bugs out of the code I'm still getting errors when I try to validate my XML;

This feed does not validate.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I should mention when it comes up in EI it's not formatted and shows xml code.
