Hi,

I'm in diar need of a team and project management script. (Internal Business Relations - Not Viewable to public).

Ideally it would have a top level admin acccount for my company which then allows me to create accounts for my team members who can login.

The team members would then be assigned to different categories depending on their service. i.e. writing, design, project managment.

I would then be able to add a project to an assigned category where all the team members within that category can apply to be assigned to the task.

Once the correct team member has been chosen they can then be assigned and complete the project.

I don't need to manage clients in the system just the team.

I would completely prefer a free script and after trying many I just cannot find what I'm looking for.

Regards and Thanks.

Your post is a bit too cryptic.

Are we talking web stuff or internal stuff or what?

I really don't know what venue you are in with this. I probably can't answer your question, but maybe I can help you make it a bit more informative...

It will be a web based addon for team collobaration.

The customer is canvassed and billed via an invoicing system.

Then the project is posted to the team members within the system.

It could be posted across 4 different workspaces depening on the detail of the project.

For example:

Deisgn
Code
Copywriting
Offsite SEO.

The web bassed software would allow me to manage and consult the team.

Hope it makes more sense now.

I tried Feng Office but it's a little bit away from what I actually want.

Thanks.

My office is about one inch from pulling the trigger on sharepoint. In fact, it's likely already done. Inertia.

As much as it pains me to say, it may be the most versatile collaboration tool out there. I'll follow this thread with interest to hear about some options. I have a tiny amount of influence at my place, but I suspect I'm going to be heavily involved regardless of my own personal feelings.
