Please review envelope printing website

Can anyone put a review on my website. This is related to envelope distribution & printing. Does the design relates to the theme?

It's a nice, clean design that's visually appealing and easy to navigate. The only flaw I could find on the entire site was in the services section, which had a "Services" heading and a "Staff Force" heading. The "Staff Force" heading had only the line "15 Numbers" beneath it. I doubt it was intended to be for the production staff (they don't often rate website exposure), and the sales staff is already listed under "Contact Us", so I really didn't know what it was intended to be.

There was the matter of the validation (from validator.w3.org), which listed 21 errors and 8 warnings for the home page but having spent a whole day cleaning up my own masterpiece to please their validator, I must say that I'm not convinced that it was time well spent ;) .
