Worked in IIs6.1 (xp pro) not in iis5

I use my laptop for devl and then push it to the main server. The laptop is using IIS6.1? (XP Pro) Made a simple rolled up UL list and a pop up window that had a window size defined (the 2 are unrelated but both don't work right). Everything worked fine, pushed everything (utilize SQL so did dbs and all other files) up to the web server which is win2k iis5. Now the UL list isn't rolled-up and won't. The pop up window opens but its completely maximized, all the other features for the pop up windows are right (allways stays in foreground, no toolbars....). My question is that obviously there is a diff with the IIS packages anyone know what to do to make these work correctly in IIS5 environment?
