troubleshoot e-mailing a form when user has lotus notes

I made a JavaScript form that will e-mail me the form on submission. It works fine when the user has Outlook. When they have lotus notes the form arrives blank. I really need this to work. I am new to JavaScript, and amazed I even got my form to work at all, so any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

hmm... Well, I don't have lotus notes, but maybe you could try a form handler? Or, you could try making it in PHP...
