I want to put a one page ad on a site, what size does my page need to be (pixels), to guarantee that when people print it that it will all be on one page? Thank you in advance

Use CSS, then you can sepcify a page width and height in cm. A4 paper is 210mm*297mm (21cm*29.7cm), allow a 1cm margin around the edges and then put your content inside that.

If you use pixels for width, depending on how many dpi the printer can print out, the page will sometimes come out huge and sometimes tiny. No JavaScript is needed.
